HeyMath! Intern: Bharathi Priyaa
May 19 of 2008, I stepped into HeyMath as a Tech Intern..(Along with four of my classmates)...Our First Step into the corporate world and ever since it has been a huge learning experience...
The very first day, We were briefed about our work while @ HeyMath. Soon followed two mini projects which sort of geared up for the main project.
I worked on a individual project (MySql Migration) under Sathya and a Group Project (MathML editor in Flex) with Anjan. Working on such challenging projects not to mention the mini projects we did during the period of six months saw us grow into better software professionals.
HeyMath has definitely broadened our sphere of knowledge. Coming to the fun aspect - While @ HeyMath we have celebrated more number occasions (Independence day, Onam, Diwali, Birthdays, Farewells) than the number of Projects we did.(5 :)) ...Not to mention the lectures and presentations and tech talks. It has just been too great an experience.
Every other Onam, coming years is sure going to remind us all of the nice time we had in HeyMath. The very first Intern Experience has been the Best..
